About Caldwell Opportunities, Inc.
Caldwell Opportunities offers IDD (Intellectually/Developmentally Disabled) services for adults to develop independent living, socialization skills, and community integration. Services are funded in part by North Carolina state funds, Vaya Health, Partners Health, donations, and fundraisers hosted by Caldwell Opportunities.
Accredited Programs
Caldwell Opportunities participates in the Innovations program, the Long Term Community Supports program, and the Adult Developmental Vocational Program to ensure our mission of increasing client independence is achieved.
Transportation
Clients are transported to and from the facility in our safe and accommodating company vans.
Volunteer Matching and Community Integration
Caldwell Opportunities matches clients to appropriate volunteer opportunities, as well as daily outings. Volunteer opportunities include the Caldwell County Animal Shelter, Yokefellow of Caldwell County, Safe Harbor Resource Warehouse, Second Bloom Boutique, and more. Community outings include local libraries, bowling, recreation, the community garden, local museums, Special Olympics, and more.
